Located on the outskirts of Chipping Sodbury between the Quary and the Golf course, Chipping sodbury RFC play at The Ridings where the club house is open daily serving a variety of both food and drink. 

The club is situated only a 5 minute drive from nearby town Yate and is easily accessed from both Bristol and Gloucester. 

Our Mens teams currently meet for training on a Tuesday and Thursday from 6:45 while our Women meet every Wednesday from 7 for training. Mini and youth meet for training and games on Wednesdays *age group dependant* and Sundays with Chippies Cubs making a comeback this September. 

CSRFC Touch team currently meet on a Monday evening for training from 6:45pm and is open to everyone aged 14+

Founded in 1949

Chipping Sodbury RFC was founded in 1949 and have since grown strong within the local community offering both Mens and Women’s rugby and a thriving youth section to promote the sport and fitness amongst the younger generations. 

Mens 1XV at the highest level

With the Mens 1XV team currently playing their highest level of rugby in the history of the club at Counties 1 Western North the future looks promising for growing the sport in the community further. 

Women’s team introduced in 1988

The women’s section was founded in 1988 and has gone from strength to strength over the years with an ever growing side.  The women now play in NC2 Southwest North and are preparing for a strong season ahead.
